Meet Your Coach:

Hi, I’m Kelly Molloy. I’m a Certified Health Coach with over 15 years of experience helping women recover from chronic stress, adrenal fatigue, and hormone imbalance. But more importantly—I’m someone who knows what it’s like to pour out for everyone else and forget to care for yourself.

My background includes studies in brain chemistry, gut health, addiction recovery, holistic nutrition, and faith-based wellness. I’ve taught in recovery centers, trained licensed counselors, and worked one-on-one with hundreds of people who carry invisible stress while trying to keep up with life’s demands.

My passion is helping high-achieving women find strength in a new way—not through pushing harder, but through learning how to slow down on the inside, listen, and support the body and mind with intention. I believe that when we’re anchored in calm, we can still pursue purpose—but without sacrificing our health or peace along the way.
